The camera is pricey, and you might get it cheaper if you shop around, but its night vision is amazing. I get full colour 24x7 as it doesnt rely on infra red, it just has a very sensitive camera. Its also very robust.
So, £300 bearing in mind you'll need a cable and PSU for the camera too, but a lot of that could be recouped if you were to sell it on when your build is finished....
